Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Taking and executing orders in a professional manner and knowledge of menus and their preparation
- Knowledge of PDA will be an asset
- Ensuring all safety rules by following company policy, quality standards and SOP’s
- Responding promptly and efficiently to requests or complaints
- Excellent cooperation with the restaurant/bar team and all hotel departments
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in luxury hotels
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to communicate professionally with guests
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Team spirit
