Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service.
- Provide Spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) in accordance with the hotel’s standards, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Promoting the Spa and implementing promotional activities.
- Spa reservations and service planning management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and regulations within the treatment rooms.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Aesthetics/Physical Therapy TEI or IEK.
- A university degree or diploma in a post-secondary education or a university of applied sciences (E.E.T. or equivalent) or a university degree or diploma of a university of applied sciences
- Knowledge of quality standards
- Ability to be outgoing and hospitable
- Professionalism, organisation, calm, methodical and observant
