During your excursion from Rethymno to Amari, you will cross the island from north to south through the commanding mountains. Your return will include a roundabout from a different road in order to explore as many places as possible.

Moreover, you can go for a hike in stunning gorges such as the Patsos gorge, the one of Agios Antonios, or the Kourtaliotiko gorge with its waterfalls (see below). Wherever you choose to go, the island’s unique nature unveils magnificently.
