Key Responsibilities

  • Perform duties in accordance with official quality standards and operating procedures
  • Work and prepare in accordance with recipes, quality and presentation standards and food preparation checklists
  • Checking raw materials to ensure quality and reporting shortages
  • Checking and ensuring correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and reporting issues to management
  • Keeping all kitchen areas clean and tidy
  • Ensuring that hygiene & safety rules are adhered to the kitchen area, as well as personal hygiene procedures

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in luxury hotels
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to communicate pleasantly with customers
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Professional appearance and behaviour
  • Team spirit
