Key Responsibilities
- Perform duties in accordance with official quality standards and operating procedures
- Work and prepare in accordance with recipes, quality and presentation standards and food preparation checklists
- Checking raw materials to ensure quality and reporting shortages
- Checking and ensuring correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and reporting issues to management
- Keeping all kitchen areas clean and tidy
- Ensuring that hygiene & safety rules are adhered to the kitchen area, as well as personal hygiene procedures
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in luxury hotels
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to communicate pleasantly with customers
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Professional appearance and behaviour
- Team spirit
